Your files and content stay on your device
Zebra Invoice creates invoices, payment QR codes and PDF files entirely in your browser. Your company details, customers, items, bank account, logo and signature are never uploaded to ZEBRA or any other server. The PDF engine and fonts are files served from this website and do not send anything anywhere.
What we store
Your current draft, saved supplier profiles, your customer address book, your invoice history and your settings are stored only in this browser (IndexedDB) so they are there next time. Nothing is sent to a server. You can export them as a JSON backup file, delete single entries or delete everything in the Saved tab. Clearing your browser data also removes them. Your light/dark theme choice is saved in local storage.
Analytics
If we enable analytics, it will be anonymous and limited to events such as which tool was opened or whether a download completed. We never record what you type, the files you open or personal details. Analytics that use cookies will only run after you agree.
Advertising
ZEBRA may show clearly labelled advertisements. Advertising scripts only load after you give consent. Ads are never required to use or download from a tool. Some tools may offer an optional video ad that unlocks extra design options; it is always your choice, and the free tool and downloads work without it.
